Join Our Team
St. Crispin’s Conference Center & Camp is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team in a variety of part-time roles. These positions play a vital role in supporting our guests, programs, and overall mission of providing a safe, welcoming space for rest, renewal, and growth.
Current Openings:
Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time): Help prepare and serve meals while keeping our dining areas clean and welcoming.
Housekeeping / Laundry Attendant (Part-Time): Support our hospitality team by maintaining clean and comfortable guest spaces.
Administrative Assistant (Part-Time): Assist with office tasks, communication, and guest services to keep operations running smoothly.
Lifeguard (Special Event): Provide a safe and enjoyable waterfront experience for campers and guests during scheduled events.
Executive Chef (Special Event/Contract): Lead meal planning and preparation for special events, ensuring high-quality food service.
