What Are Flex Weekends?
We know that not every church, ministry, or group has the numbers to meet our traditional group minimums.
Flex Weekends are select dates throughout the year when St. Crispin's can offer greater flexibility, reduced group minimums, and special opportunities for our Diocesan family to gather.
Our hope is simple: To make it easier for our churches and ministries to find a place to gather, reconnect, and feel at home.
Smaller Groups Welcome
Flex Weekends allow us to accommodate smaller groups that might not otherwise meet our standard booking minimums. Whether it's a vestry retreat, ministry gathering, or weekend of fellowship, we'd love to help make it possible.
Special Diocesan Rates
Eligible Diocesan groups can take advantage of discounted lodging and meeting space rates, helping make retreats and gatherings more affordable.
Varying Dates
Flex Weekends are based on our existing reservations and facility availability. They may vary from month to month and year to year, so we encourage groups to check back regularly for new opportunities.
Limited Availability
In addition to Flex Weekends, we may have dates when other groups are already on-site but some lodging or meeting spaces remain available.
These dates may have additional restrictions based on available accommodations, shared spaces, and existing reservations.
