Join Our Team

If you’re looking for the perfect summer job, we invite you to think “outside the office” and discover how fun a summer at camp can be! We’ll help you learn and enhance your communication, problem solving and team work skills, all while playing capture the flag, leading after dinner worship and enjoying swim time at the lake. You’re invited to experience the reward of high fiving a camper who gets a bulls-eye in archery, encouraging a camper as they climb the rock wall and laughing as your table eats their dessert with no hands. Regardless of your college major, camp experiences allow you to learn and develop skills that not only enhance your job marketability, they’ll enhance your life! A summer at St. Crispin’s will broaden your horizons and give you the opportunity to be a part of a team.

RULE OF LIFE

Campers, counselors, deans, chaplains, and directors developed the Rule of Life for St. Crispin’s Summer Camps over a period of years. It reflects the commitment of all these people to live as a Christian community at camp. This is a living and evolving ethic.

1. We are a community of daily worship and prayer

2. Out of our worship and communion with God we strive to respect the uniqueness of each individual.

3. We do not put ourselves or each other down.

4. We are willing to level in love, honoring each other with honesty and respect.

5. We do everything out of love for God, self, and one another. We are in life together.
